Beautiful place in a very central location with everything you need nearby. Jennie goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend booking the ha long bay cruise through the hotel it was such an amazing experience and they allowed us to split our booking so we could do the trip during our stay without affecting our reservation and they even looked after our big rucksack while we was away. Cannot say enough good things! Your really made to feel welcome from start to finish!

The room that we stayed in was decent in size and very clean and tidy. Toiletries were abundant and included all necessities. The breakfast had a decent variety. The staffs were really friendly and helpful especially Sulli. When we had to go to Halong Bay, my infant daughter was still having her cereal and pancakes. Sulli packed it for her so she could eat it in the van. Another very kind gesture. Whenever we would pass the lobby, all staff would greet us and was always ready to help us out in anyway.

It was first time for me in Hanoi. I wasn’t sure about the location and hotel. On top of that, I’ve missed my flight to Hanoi. So I was 1 day late. However, after booking confirmation, hotel receptionist Ms. Jennie always kept contact with me regarding my arrival. She even changed my booking according to my arrival. After that when we checked in at night she managed tours for me next day with discounts. As I checked in at night, Lien the other receptionist was there who also helped me a lot with money exchange, recommendations of local area, local foods and night market. I think best thing about this hotel are these two good souls, who were very welcoming and helpful. Moreover, hotel has everything that has mentioned here. And location is superb as it is very close to super shops, night market, restaurants. If you want to enjoy nightlife of Hanoi this is your hotel.

The warm hospitality from our hosts was so grateful. We were genuinely happy with the room and all the facilities provided. The external window for natural light was a great add on. Our host Mr Jimmi was such a gentle and kind person who helped us from dawn to dusk no matter what. He helped us to book a car for a better deal than the promised one. We would love to choose this rustic charming hotel in the future Hanoi trips too.

Absolutely perfect location, room was very clean, cleaned every day, staff were really friendly and helpful, receptionist was lovely. Also sorted us an airport transfer for cheaper than anywhere we could find and was always a friendly face when we re-entered the hotel.

- staff members were very friendly - we got offered an upgrade and could choose between a room in the back (more quiet) and a room in the front (nice view) - cruise, seaplane and cruise were arranged by Ms. Jennie, we could contact her anytime via whatsapp and she made sure everything went perfectly.
