We loved our stay Silli, Jenny and the staff were super helpful and outgoing. They did everything that we needed them to do :) They had a great location and so close to the lake and the shops. It was very clean in the room and reception

The hotel was within walking distance to landmarks and places of interest. The staff were amazing. Very nice breakfast. The room was very clean but smaller than expected. Bed was hard and a little uncomfortable. That been said I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 5 nights but very early check-in (06.00am), staff are very helpful and prompt response to our questions during booking and requested. During our stay Jimmy and Alex again very helpful recommend places to go where to eat including transportation assist. Room are clean, BF great, easy to go around Hanoi, we have 0 complaint about this hotel. After we left, we forgot some money in hotel safe box, once again staff very helpful transferred money back to our account. Highly recommend, 5 Star with big thank you from us. We will back there for sure.

Travelling out of India was always a worry for my parents, as I never do take care of my things and yeah myself . Soo vietanam was my first business visit, and hell yeahh I loved it. People here are very calm, helpful and beautiful in nature. Living in Royal Palace hotel was not less than a home. Everyone including staff people was so helpful, I never go to know that when I completed with 3 weeks living in this hotel. Splendid u beauty, from rooms to breakfast everything was just perfect. Will be seeing to visit Vietnam next time as a travellers.cheers

This hotel is well located in the busy Old City area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! Our room though was not what we had expected. The bathroom was tiny and awkward. Our room was also quite noisy as the window was not able to fully close and the sound of music and horns could be heard until late at night.

What a gem! This lovely little boutique hotel is located right in the heart of the old quarter. The staff - especially Mr. Jim remembered our names and itinerary the whole time we were there. They organized various tours including Halong bay and a fabulous walking street food tour. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommend this hotel when in Hanoi.

We had a great time here in Hanoi. This hotel is located right inside the old quarter of Hanoi. All tourism spots are close by and easily accessible. The hotel staff was really friendly and made our stay super comfortable. A big shout out to Ms. Jennie who helped us with an early check in and also with general information about the city and suggested us the popular areas and food joints to visit. The room was super clean and spacious. They also helped us with our requests like laundry and breakfast after the breakfast timing ended. All in all it was a great stay with a great staff! I recommend this hotel for a warm and friendly stay in Hanoi.

The location is right in the middle of the old-quarter so it's walking distance to the weekend night market (highly recommended) and the lake. The service was amazing. I arrived at 5.30 in the morning (I got the overnight train in from Hue) and they were able to have a room for me as soon as I got there. Jimmi, the Manager, was extremely helpful in helping me organise my trip to Ha Long bay as well as giving me some tips on what to see and do in the old quarter. The room was spacious, air conditioned and had a big bathroom.
