My wife and I spent 1 night here in Oct 2024. We found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. They let us use their computer to book a hotel for our next destination and to print out tickets for our flights. When we arrived in the hotel they upgraded us to a bigger room for no extra cost. The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter near good restaurants and within easy walking distance of some of the major sights such as the Hoa Lo prison. Our room was a good size and comfortable and on arrival they had put rose petals on our bed, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was substantial and included your choice of eggs and a good selection of local fruit. Would definitely stay here again, as it was such good value.

We were very impressed with the helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is in the heart of the Old Quarter but is very quiet as it is hidden down a small world lane. Breakfast was very good and the room was clean and there was abundant hot water. Room size was good. We'll return to stay again within a few days!

We stayed in this hotel for 1 day just after arriving in Hanoi. This was a great hotel with many friendly staffs. The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect for city sightseeing. Breakfast served in the morning had many traditional Vietnamese dishes. We could store our luggage when we were out of the city for Halong Bay cruise tour. We recommend this hotel..

I spent two weeks at this hotel as my home base in Hanoi. The staff was always available to assist and made their best effort to solve any problems as they arose. The room was small but had everything needed. Beds are super comfortable if you prefer them towards firm. Room was cleaned daily and the free breakfast offered was delicious and allowed you to order eggs your way and choose from a number of dishes each morning. I walked to all of the major attractions in the area and my longestcwalk was 25 minutes. Great place, lovely staff, would absolutely recommend it.

The staff was very nice and took great care of us. We left our luggage there for few days while we around and they watched over our stuff for free. The morning breakfast was good and the rooms are very private and comfortable. I would recommend staying here. No surprises, just nice staff that will help you figure out everything you need.

The communication from first booking with booking. com was exceptional. I had so much help from Jimmi, the manager who assisted with booking further tours and reassuring us with regards to transfers, location etc. He was very knowledgeable about the Ha long day boat tours and booked exactly what we wanted, the hassle of dealing direct with the company was removed. The location of the hotel is amazing, do not let first appearances deceive you, this unassuming entrance leads to a warm and inviting hotel. It isn't full of glamour and extensive facilities but the staff more than make up for this. We were looked after so well.

This hotel is located in the old quarter of the city with many options for dining. Staff is super friendly and special mention should be given to Jim (manager) and Angela. They were very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. This hotel is highly recommended to visitors. Breakfast buffet is good and Autumn at the Breakfast cafe was very pleasant

In total I spent 3 nights at this wonderful hotel. Located in a quiet street, but close to all facilities in the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with my luggage that didn't arrive on arrival at the airport. For the money, you will get a high standard room, with all the facilities you need.

A friend and I stayed here on two separate occasions and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great location and the staff were extremely nice. Great Location, a few meters away from the lake and the within the old quarter, therefore you can hear a little of the noise from outside but it is not too bad. The rooms are very comfortable and you have everything you need including sanitary utensils, a hair dryer, a safe. The breakfast is amazing, you have a great buffet and can also choose from an extra menu, Vietnamese and western breakfast is served. The staff is very friendly and helpful. especially the people at the reception helped us a lot with all our questions. the booked tour was also a great choice. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more.
