Front desk staff was friendly. The only complaint I had is that when we came back to our room the cleaning staff was in there. We weren’t happy that there was not a do not disturb sign for us to put on the door and weren’t happy to find people on our room.

I left a jacket there and called from Canada the women put me on hold for over 20 minutes. I tried calling back twice and was hung up on. Very clean, beautiful and nice in person staff!

The guest staff was fantastic but the housekeeping staff was as mediocre. The complimentary breakfast was a good tasty surprise and ample parking with charging stations.

We've been staying here for passed 3 years as we pass through town on way to Florida. This will be the last time. Our room was at best a 1* motel. The bathroom ceiling had a patchwork of repairs that were peeling off. The desk chair had a broken arm. Alarm clock didn't work. TV remote didn't work.

Great Hotel
Hotel was very clean and everything was very good. Our room, with 2 Queen beds, was comfortable as well. Indoor pool was heated and, although small, was mostly clean and enjoyable.
