We attended a concert at Wind Creek, and decided it would be nice to stay at the hotel, and not have to worry about the drive home, traffic, etc. The hotel was very nice, everything seemed brand new. It was very convenient to walk from our room to the concert, although th ewwit in line was longer than we’d have liked. We thought we’d be able to have dinner at the complex, but couldn’t get reservations. These should be arranged much earlier. There were good options in town, however.

Place had no juice. So many of the stores and places closed. No pool. No mix cocktail lounge. Just not much going on. ATMs in casino not working for hours. Room and staff were nice!

I was disappointed that on the evening of one night I was there, there was a large event. I needed stop at the hotel and change and I had to park all the way by the Steel Stacks. I have a knee injury and it was very painful to walk from the overcrowded parking area to the hotel and then back again. There should be a separate area for people that are paying to stay at the hotel (especially at $400 per night).

The room was fine- nothing special. I could not hear people running in the halls at night so that was nice. I thought attached to a casino it might be loud. Self parking is free but spaces nearly impossible. Sat pm we had to go over to the casino side and walk through the casino. I think the $7 valet is a better choice if self park is packed. That’s my tip but since we did not valet I can’t comment on wait times. The lobby bar is nice. Live music first night was great but expect to wait 20 min to get a drink. Don’t wait for them to come to you/ walk up to the bar. Staff will not make eye contact. Under staffed.

Terrific hotel! Comfortable beds. Saw the Skillet concert and having a room right there was great. I made the mistake of getting a smoking room and what a mistake it was. Room smelled horrible. But again, it was a smoking room. They did mention they could clean the room for me again. Which there was no need. Very friendly staff and all. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms are extremely comfortable. The casino is pretty depressing but their band was excellent. The food in the market area was not great and the price was not worth it. $7.50 for a bottle of soda or water. The buffet was absolute chaos and not very good for the price either. Overall the only positives were the staff were very friendly, the place is exceptionally clean and the room was quiet and comfortable. Everything else was not worth the price.

Checking in was easy and the front desk staff was amazing. The room was a nice size. Bed was comfortable. However, all night there was a high pitched noise lasting anywhere from 30-40 seconds every couple of minutes which didn’t allow me to sleep. My husband even heard it this morning and we were able to confirm it wasn’t coming from outside (train tracks are close but we didn’t hear them when they were moving). The succulents in the room were nearly dead (poor things needed some TLC)!

Have stayed at numerous hotels in Bethlehem over the years. This is the best of hotel options in Bethlehem. By far. Even if you don’t go to the casino.
