Next time I won’t spend so much
While the overall experience was great for the amount of money that we spent to stay there, I felt like it was a little unworthy of our stay The bartender, Winston, picked up my water glass by the top of it, and stuck his fingers down in it before he poured the water in it and handed it to me. Though that might not seem like a big deal to some, I find it to be quite disgusting as I’ve ran restaurants for the last 25 years. I had to call down to Customer Service because outside of our room was a bunch of trash that another guest had decided to leave and thrown out everywhere When we first arrived, you had some sort of function going on at the side entrance, and some gentleman screamed at us and told us that we had to go around to the other The front desk was great. The other Bartender Tyler was amazing and our server Jason was above everything. I just thought you should know because like a lot of other people I don’t get the luxury of staying in a hotel like that very often and I expected more

VERY NICE RESORT - CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK
IM OLDER AND I SHOULD HAVE ASKED DAY 1 BUT DAY 3 I ASKED AND GOT A WONDER BED TOPPER SO LAST NIGHT THERE WAS THE BEST :) THE RESORT IS AMAZING - COMING BACK WITH HUBBY FOR SURE. 33 RESTARUANT FIRST NIGHT WAS FANTASTIC WAITER. NEXT NIGHT (THURSDAY oCT 3RD) WAS AT OUTSIDE RESTAURANT AND THE WAITER WAS LACK LUSTER. 3 TIMES I ASKED FOR LIME - ANOTHER WAITRESS FINALLY GOT IT FOR ME AND A NEW GLASS OF WATER AS I WAS NEARLY OUT. HE HAD WALKED BY WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT ME, WITH THE WATER JUG. TOOK FOREVER TO GET ME THE CHECK, THEN DIDN'T GIVE ME A PEN. HAD TO GET THAT FROM ANOTHER WAITRESS. HE WOULD JUST WALK BY WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT ME - HARD TO GET HIS ATTENTION - LIKE HE COULDN'T BE BOTHERED. HE SEEMED LIKE HE WAS BURNT OUT. WENT BACK THE NEXT NIGHT BECAUSE WOW THE RED SNAPPER CEVICHE IS THE BEST! HAD GREAT SERVICE WITH A DIFFERENT WAITER. THE SMOOTHIE SHOP WAS THE BEST! SECOND DAY WALKING ON THE BEACH - CAME BACK WITH OIL ON MY FEET THO :O I ASSUME FROM ALL THE TANKERS OUT THERE. HOPEFULLY WONT BE AN ISSUE NEXT VISIT.
