Clean, quiet, and comfortable, friendly staff. Property is older, nothing fancy, but much quieter than any of the resorts we've stayed at on Kona side.

Awsome plce

Sitting at the picnic table with my morning coffee, watching the sunrise over the lush hotel garden! Yesterday, walked 10 minutes to downtown, had breakfast at Booch Bar, then 3 more blocks to farmers market. Near market is the island public transportation stop (Hele on). Perfect location. Clean and quiet (except for all the birds and nighttime frogs!) Kitchen in room is a wonderful bonus.

The Inn is on a beautiful property that is accessed via a gate protected private road. The waterfall is amazing and very peaceful. It is not your standard hotel as there is no TV or standard amenities, however there is a common area kitchen space with shared refrigeration and appliances.

Wnjoyed the complementary paddle boards, bikes, and 24/7 coffee. While the remodeled aspects of the property are very nice, some aspects, such as wondows and outdoor walkwaya were dated.

The entire experience was wonderful except for the fact that you could hear every single conversation and footstep of the other Lodgers
