At the quiet end of Back Packer area but plenty of eating places nearby, Great to have a pool for a refreshing dip and walkable to Market-City Hall and Opera House

Too much Old and Dirty hotel, its totally different to what the photos shown on website, photos are 15 years back and should update the conditions. Breakfast included but like a street shop quality.

Thanks for a lovely stay.
I personally loved this hotel. It’s right next to Bui Vien walking street so could be a little loud but nothing too much. On check in the staff were super friendly and welcoming. My room was fine, cleaned daily and no issues. The little shop attached to the hotel sells everything you need and cheaper than Circle K. Great food options on doorstep. The top floor pool and bar area was lovely especially at sunset and night.

Nasty old run down dirty hair bed was so hard after 3 nights my back was so bad hard time walking I emailed hotels dot com to ck out two nights early no respond flipped the bloddy matress not much better I wish I stayed another place they need remodeling to bad they don't fix and clean up hallways also nasty great location walking St night life

After a delayed flight and a very late arrival the staff were extremely helpful in getting me checked in and settled. Considering the area the hotel was quiet. Close to plenty of dining and drinking options of which the staff made some great recommendations.

The staff were very helpful especially the reception and bell boy. The room itself was clean enough but the bathroom and shower were not only in a poor state of repair but dirty as well. I would suggest to the owner that their housekeeper needed replacing and the maids be taught how to clean properly. Our shower not only had broken fittings but was also covered in black mould, (hypochlorite would removed it quickly and easily) There was no a working extractor in the bathroom. We were also disappointed with the swimming pool, the water was cloudy and had a discoloured tide mark. The Jacuzzi was broken. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was that it had a swimming pool. Overall the place has been let go and management should take the blame for not maintaining standards. Stay there on our next trip to Vietnam, no way.

Don’t fooled by Photos.
Online photos are pretty good. Totally wrong with reality. Bathroom equipments are leaking, drain right to the bath room floor. Show curtain is so old and water fall down to bathroom floor. Show stall was even moldy. Yukkkk. I always try to balance positive and negative aspects in my reviews. But I. Annot find any thing positive. Ah. One positive aspect is Location. Great location easy access to city center area.

PICTURES ARE FAKE!!! all the pictures used to advertise this hotel are computer generated. the location is good but it’s a very busy street with lots of bars playing loud music which you can hear from your room all night long. the room is tiny, old, smelly and outdated; filled with only old and worn furniture. the floors are dirty, especially in the bathroom. the bathroom is mouldy and tiny. the shower has no hot water and floods the bathroom floor when used. breakfast is very average and runs out quickly. the staff are not friendly at all. this place is a mess.
