The hotel is a little away from center of the city but for 8-10 min extra ride it’s really worth it to stay there. Great service, great modern rooms and good rates. Will strongly recommend this hotel .

I stay here routinely when I am in Ho Chi Min. It delivers great value. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Always have a taxi waiting. Convenient location but not in the center.

We were given a room with a huge stain of blood on the mattress upon check-in! This is not something which should be seen at a five-star hotel. Food quality and sanitation at breakfast has also deteriorated with some tableware with dirty spots on it.

Hotel Nikko Saigon is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in all my travels around the world. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and hospitality of the staff were remarkable. Although their English isn’t perfect, they communicated effectively, ensuring I understood everything I needed to know. If something wasn’t clear, they patiently clarified it until I was fully informed. The breakfast spread was truly impressive! They offered a wide range of cuisines, including Korean, Japanese, and Vietnamese dishes, all of high quality. The fruit selection was fresh and delicious, and I especially enjoyed the fresh coconut served in its shell—such a nice touch! And the Vietnamese iced coffee? Absolutely perfect. My room experience was exceptional as well. They upgraded me from a deluxe room to a premium suite without me even asking, making me feel like a VIP guest which I indeed was. The room was beyond what I expected—beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Overall, Hotel Nikko Saigon is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for top-notch service, incredible food, and a comfortable, luxurious stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommended!
