Had a short great stay before taking my cruise. Check in was easy and we were able to check in early which we were greatly thankful for since our flight arrived early! Staff was very helpful and pleasant, room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable!

We absolutely loved our suite! The staff was AWESOME! When they became aware that we were there for a wedding, they offered an upgrade from our original room to a beautiful suite. It was a nice property from the outside but it is a bit outdated. We paid for breakfast and kept getting burnt muffins. There was no pool and the beach was dirty so we missed our chance to swim. It wasn’t a terrible experience but it wasn’t that great for the price.

Room was outdated, small, and staff never addressed the complaint that my wife made regarding the noise level of the room next door at 3am. In addition, we ended up getting stuck on an elevator for 20 minutes. Once we were able to get off, staff informed us that this was a known issue, and apparently the elevator repair company didn’t fix it when they were there the day before. We will not be returning.

This was the nicest hotel I've stayed at all year. The private beach, Starbucks and restaurant on site were all amazing and it was easy to travel to and from all of my planned destinations.

Not much around if you’re walking. Was expecting an outdoor pool which was my fault for not fully looking into the property. It’s easy to mix this property up with their other property in Tampa water side. When we arrived we ended up at the wrong place.

It’s all the little things that added up for us…. Our shower ran out from under the door the entire time even though they ‘fixed’ it, one of the 6 outlets worked in the room, we got the larger room and the beds were doubles so it was hard for a family of 4, 2 of the 3 elevators were down and then they got 2 back up and working, not stoked about the parking here ($25/ day minimum), no fridge in the rooms.
