I imagine this was going to be a very interesting but it was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced i never got my room after waiting for 5 hours because the hotel rooms were dirty and no one‘s there the twins check was at 3:30. I was there at 2:30 no one was able to answer any questions. Staff didn’t know anything that was going on. They were more than 25 customers waiting for a room for hours travel to get there to have to go back home. They didn’t have towers and they didn’t have no clean rooms.

The cleaning staff cant read the sign that says do not disturb not just once but twice, then since they wanted to clean so bad i called guest service to let them know well be gone for a while to come back to an untouched room.

30 Year Anniversary and return to the Poconos
The hotel was definitely showing its age, but we enjoyed the stay. The breakfast menu was not available, but the buffet was very good. For the room, there were ceiling tiles that were flaking off at random times, falling on the floor and coffee table. The very friendly deer made the experience very enjoyable, eating from your hand and following us back to our room each evening.

My husband and myself enjoyed our stay! Stacey at the front desk was amazing she was very accommodating and took her time with explaining everything regarding our stay! We loved the games with Billy! The rooms could use an upgrade however our room was very clean! Thank you cove haven!
