Not even ok
Property location and manager were stellar. The problem was 1. Apartment was filled with the smell of marijuana ( not faulting yall for that it was the upstairs apartment but still almost unbearable. 2. The air conditioning did not work. Sunny and 78 in there the entire time thank god the fans worked they were extremely noisy but worked. 3. When we pulled out the sofa bed for one of the guests the entire 78 degrees apartment filled with the smell of urine 4. The mattress was very gross. 5 one of the full size beds had to be completely rebuilt because both was connected in the bed frame. It was an absolute nightmare 6 the bath tub had mold growing on it as well as the walls behind the door.

Needs improvement.
The property & neighborhood was nice & quiet. Checking in was a breeze thanks to Ike. He did inform me that master bedroom sink was broken before checking in, but didn’t let me know that the tub in the guest restroom takes 15-20 minutes to drain after you shower. There were roaches on the property. My friend woke up in the middle of the night to a roach crawling on her chest. Very disgusting…. There was only one tv throughout the apartment. But the location was a good distance from everywhere we went. Overall it wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst.
