The staff was really helpful when we arrived on Christmas Eve only to find my daughter never actually pressed the "book" button on the website so she didn't have a reservation. The front desk staff went tright to work to find her a room. Very pleasant all the while. I enjoyed the breakfast. It had quite a selection. The only thing I found to not be as expeced was the bathtub in the "handicap accessible" room. I had recenly had foot surgey and was not able to sit in a tub. I was expecting a walk in shower.

Overall things with property were fine. My complaint would be my room was paid for before arrival by my son. I was required to provide a credit card for “incidentals”, but my card was hit for $100.00 and I wasn’t aware they were going to take money out, and when I confronted a different associate I was told I should have been told it would happen and now I have to wait some 10 days or so before my 100.00 is returned.

Excellent experience staff was cordial and friendly, the property was clean and well lit. The room was very clean and spacious, the only blemish was the breakfast,food was cold and didn’t have very many options and lastly the coffee was lukewarm!

Clean Room but no air
The rooms was cleaned, but the stay was not so good. We stayed in a room that did not have no air working. We could not sleep because it was hot in there. I told the clerk at the desk but she seems not to care. The free breakfast was terrible..all the food was cold...

The property was not as good as I had hoped it would be and as I had read to be; especially to be a Hyatt Could never regulate the HVAC system, upon asking the front desk was told what to do and it still did not change the temperature in the room when asked another person they asked who told me what I was told and regardless could not be assisted . By then it was our last night so it really did not matter at that point , but again entire time could never regulate the thermostat so it was consistently hot. The breakfast area was not as clean as it could have been. I used to work in the industry so I know about constant having to keep up the breakfast area the tables were not wiped down after hours and the floors were dirty not making it an appeasing space to be in afterwards or just to lounge around outside of your room. Was given a hard time with wanting to take food to the room. Since when is it an issue to take food to your room if you do not want to eat in the breakfast area of a hotel? I have never heard of that or experienced that before, but that was a concern hear for whatever apparent reason. There were other concerns as well, but at this point it does not warrant addressing. I don’t recommend nor would I come back unfortunately.

There was easy access to the property. The staff was friendly and courteous. I didn't care for the policy of leaving dirty towels in the hallway to signify that replacements were needed which left a stench in the hallway. I am used to rooms at a Hyatt property being cleaned each day and at least the bathroom being cleaned. The breakfast lacked flavor.
