Great home away from home!
We stayed here for a week when we came to meet our newest grandchild. Clean apartment, well-kept grounds and pool, safe, gated complex, quiet. It was perfect for our needs.

Rented the place for my daughter and her friends to stay on a visit back home to Texas! It’s hard to find a place for 18 year olds. They got there early in the morning after an all night drive and were allowed to check in early. They loved the apartment and were able to cook most of their meals. They enjoyed the pool and the gym. It was the perfect safe spot for them.

Condition of unit.
We were disappointed with the condition of the unit. The cleanliness of the place was not as we expected, especially since there was an extra charge for cleaning. Front outside porch: walls were dirty, chairs were heavily stained and dirty, floor had windswept debris, and windows were not clean. Common areas: walls had severe/deep wear marks and dirt spots and dust/web accumulation near ceiling, remnants of streamers thumbtacked on wall, broken slat on blinds (paper was taped to it in vain attempt), disengaged smoke detector (parts found in laundry room), stains on walls of kitchen island, grease build-up on backsplash above stove, stove drip pans covered with aluminum foil, blue splatter on ceiling above kitchen island, kitchen sink was missing drain plugs, soap dispenser at sink did not work, cooking utensils were damaged, and multiple areas of floor had tack tape residue. Washing machine leaked heavily upon first use, water ran into kitchen up to bedroom and bathroom. Maintenance person initially blamed it on excessive water for load but this was disproven and washer ended up having to be replaced. Bathroom: grill on exhaust vent had excess accumulation of dust/debris, dirt spots on outside of tub, shower liner and inside of tub was extremely filthy, shower curtain had staining, toilet was constantly running from internal leak, toilet seat was damaged, and had insufficient towels. Bedroom with two queen sized beds made it difficult to walk around, one of the beds was against wall that made access door to bathroom unusable and closet had insufficient hangers. Although the property manager (Thom) was very responsive to the issues that needed immediate attention, the condition of the unit should have been noticed and corrected prior to our visit.
