Hotel was great. Really happy with the quality and service. One thing to note is that the front door has 3 steps and no ramp.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. Staff are very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay.

We stayed for just 2 nights but could easily have stayed much longer. Our room (2.5) was perfect and comfortable in every way for us. It’s 2 mins from the bus stop of the F line from the airport and we arrived early hoping to store our luggage and we were so happy to find that our room was ready for us. It was lovely and warm too when coming in from the near freezing temperatures outside. An easy flat 15 min walk into town. We will definitely look to stay here when we return, it’s a gem.

Very nice hotel would recommend

The is a fun hotel with friendly staff and unique decor. The location is a convenient walk to both the train station and the Old Town. We loved having the option to have a glass of Prosecco or hot tea in the reception area when we returned to the hotel.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. The Sauna was a plus! Everything so clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again. Innsbruck is beautiful!!
