The hotel building nice, the staff and the managers very helpful. (Manager Ramzan particularly very helpful.) Hotel location is very convenient for the Grand Bazaar, and the Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque only a short wak away. The downside is that the the hotel is located within the wholesale shoes market therefore, the surrounding streets are closed for yellow taxis and some other traffics during certain hours in the days, consequently you may have to walk a few hundred meters up or down from your drop off point to get to the hotel, or from the hotel to get to your taxi pick-up point. If you are not fit enough or have a mobility issue then this can be a disadvantage. The staff, the service, and the hotel itself- very good. 👍🙂

We stayed 7 nights there with my family , perfect location all around shopping bazaar and walking distance to all historical places , we enjoyed a lot , very clean room and big was great helpful stuff We loved there and nice morning breakfast I really recommend them highly and we use them again

Spacious room. Good breakfast. We had to drag 9 luggage’s for about 10 minutes to get to the car due to cars are not allowed to go in and out of the area. We had to pay a lots of TL to transfer our luggage’s to pick up and drop of area where cars were allowed. Also I found bugs crawling on the bed and rotten container food in the refrigerator. Nice hotel
The hotel is very clean and cute. More like a boutique hotel, as it's small. The breakfast is basic, but enough options to choose from. I think you can order omelette. The room was spacious for a double standard and CLEAN. Reception efficient and 24h opened. Good location, all tourist attractions are within walking distance. The street can be noisy, even if it's away from main road. For the price we paid is 100% worth it and recommended

Streets are most of the time closed within three blocks of the hotel, hard to find, had to carry my bags uphill several blocks. Staff unfriendly. Room was not done one (of five) days, obscure surroundings with no people around from 7 PM on. Dangerous feelings, will not recommend it to ladies traveling on their own. Good things; the elevator worked, close to the grand bazaar. Will not go back even if it was the only hotel left in Istanbula

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Breakfast was good and enjoyed the views in the terrace as well as the company of the cats. Not too happy with the surrounding as it was an old show storage and gets too dark at night. But overall ok
