Great Location, Comfortable Home

Accurate description, very clean and well-appointed in the kitchen. We visited in winter so did not take advantage of the many summer/beach supplies provided but it was a nice assortment.

Perfect Beach Townhouse

Everything you could possibly want or need in a beach bnb. Steps to the ocean and out favorite restaurant. We each had our own bathroom. Yard was large enough for the doggos to run around. Host provided all beach essentials: chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, and a wagon. Nice kitchen with a large island made breakfast and snack prep quick and easy. Will definitely book again.

Perfect beach vacay property

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. This property was perfect for our party. Super clean and cozy. Assistance was very prompt when we needed it. Great House in Jax Beach

Came for a surf contest at Jax Beach pier. Great location. Plenty of room fir everyone. Having a garage was key for storing surfboards. Short walk to restaurants and bars. Will be back next year!

Perfect family vacation

We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect for our family! There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was very clean. Only negative regarding the house was all the stairs which were fine for the younger crowd but this old lady was struggling at times! We absolutely loved the location! Very close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Thank you for the perfect family vacation!

Great value

This place was great! myself and a coworker were in town on business and we were able to work and then come to a nice place near the beach. Everything that you need is provided, right down to the soap and shampoo. There are beach chairs, a cooler and even a grill. I appreciate the attention to detail. We will be back!

Awesome location, steps to beach, shops and restaurants! Home was clean, fresh, new, light and bright and along with the usuals had some nice extra touches, like coffee and tea, creamers and sugars, etc. Definitely a 5 star condo and experience. Towels and pillows were the BEST!

Great spring break week long stay!

Had a really great stay for our first time in Jax Beach! We loved the location of this property. It was only a short walk to the beach and not crowded around high rises like other locations in Jax Beach. It was also a short walk to tons of restaurants and night life. The property managers were amazing with communication and making sure we had a great stay. The house was stocked with all our needs (dishes, paper towels, beach chairs, toiletries, trash bags, etc.) which was a great plus. We can’t wait to come back!

Great price for this location. Appreciated it being pet friendly. Unit had many things needed for our quick trip. Unfortunately I wasn't able to change the light bulbs as I wasnt able to access the maintenance closet with the code provided. Also while we adjusted toilet in upstairs back guest room, we recommend a plumber looking at it to avoid continuous running while none on in the unit.
