Nice clean large rooms. Very comfortable beds. Ocean view was non existent as they put us on first floor. Nice frig and microwave. Breakfast was excellent!

The room air conditioner stopped working at 4 o’clock in the morning. The ceilings had water damage and chipped paint the bathroom had black mold the showerhead barely put out water pressure. It was rusted to the shower. I’ve stayed there three or four times but overall, this was the worst experience ever, and the staff did not care to take my criticism of the hotel.

This place was awesome very helpful and friendly staff rooms very spacious and clean right across from the beach beautiful view breakfast was great just can't say enough good things about this hotel I will definitely return.

We always enjoy our stay at Amelia Hotel at the Beach! We have stayed there several times over the past couple of years and have never had any complaints. The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable and the staff is down to earth and very nice! The free breakfast is awesome!

I like that the property was so close to the beach, and spacious. The bed was was comfortable, but the pillows needs replacing. I would prefer fresh brewed coffee and more variety of fresh fruits.

Hurricane Milton
Hurricane Milton was approaching and had to evacuate Fort Myers. Drove 11 1/2 hours to get to Jacksonville. Was told you couldn't enter the island and no one answered the phone when I called. I believe that the cancelation policy should be disbanded bc of this situation.
