Everything was terrific-the location, the yard, the screened in back porch, the fully stocked kitchen, three tasteful bedrooms and two full baths..;.it had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive and made sure to stay in contact with us. Highly recommend!

Nice place/Not great stay

So I have good and bad to comment about: Good: Home was clean, floor plan good, good yard for dogs, lot of supplies. Bad: extreme use of Fabreze Lavender spray, scented candles, scented shampoo, scented laundry detergent, towels and face cloths to smelly to use. Fragrance smell was overbearing to the point we only stayed one night of a four night stay. We could not breathe in there, Really ruined our weekend. we have stayed at VRBO homes and condos for twenty years and never had one like this No shower pressure, bathrooms poorly lit, they had skylights but showering at night was tough. We were extremely disappointed in this rental.

Everything you could hope for

The location was quiet but convenient to everything. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. It was well furnished and decorated. The owner had taken pains to cover the little extras and attention to detail for a perfect stay. The owner was friendly and helpful with my questions. I would not stay anywhere else the next time i visit amelia island.

Beautifully kept house in great area of town by Egans Creek. Great neighbors. The house perfect to bring your furry friends. Rooms were nice size. Kitchen well appointed. TVs were great. Contact with host was awesome. Check in and out seamless. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again. Price very fair for all you are getting

Lovely proposal, great central location. Glenda was very responsive. The property was well appointed and clean. Everything thing was very easy. Linens were plentiful and luxurious. The one suggestion i have is that less scent be used in laundry as the smell was overwhelming for my allergenic and sensitive family member. Bikes were a plus.

50th Wedding Anniversary

We had one of the most relaxing vacations ever on Amelia Island, and this home was a big reason it was so enjoyable. The owner thought of everything and went above and beyond to provide anything and everything that you could ask for including beach items. She was very attentive also to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We plan to return in the future.

Wonderful pleasant and comfortable

We stayed at Glenda’s house for three days for a rest on our journey from Key West to Pennsylvania. It was perfect for us and our two dogs. Very well equipped with all the amenities. Short bike ride to beach on the bikes in the garage. Fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. Very comfortable.

Perfect for us and our dogs!

We travel a lot with our dogs and it’s sometimes a challenge to find a place that accommodates all our needs well. Glenda does this and more at her property! It was so cozy with a nice screened porch and fenced yard for the pups. The house was clean, comfortable and fully outfitted with everything you would need. Glenda was a wonderful, attentive host.

A relaxing home

The house was very well outfitted, and it felt more like staying in a friend's home instead of a rental. The furniture was comfy, and the kitchen had all of the appliances I'd need if I'd stayed long enough to make meals. It was great to have soap (full size bars!) and shampoo available if we hadn't brought our own. The fence was very secure for my dog to roam around. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the house is well insulated so you won't hear the road next to the house when you're indoors. There aren't any streetlights, which is nice, but if you need to walk the neighborhood at night you might want to bring a flashlight. Very close to everything we needed to get to. I look forward to our next visit!

Perfect family getaway spot

We are a large family of 6 with pets and this home was perfect for us! Rooms for everyone and a great fenced in yard for the pups! Quiet neighborhood, but convenient to the beach, food, shops, grocery. We just love Fernandina!

Great back yard-very dog friendly
