My stay at this property was for one night for a little shopping trip at the nearby St. John’s Outlet. Very clean room, clean lobby and pool area. Breakfast was nice, delicious options. Staff was very nice and helpful! Definitely recommend for anyone who’s visiting the area!

The A/C in the hallways didn't work. The A/C in the rooms did work but due to the high humidity inside the hotel the rooms smelled musty (and like Pinesol after they cleaned them). The ice machine on the 5th floor was broken and we couldn't use the pool (more maintenance). Not a bad place but they need to complete all the maintenance before booking more rooms.

The water pressure in the shower was awful. The shower trickled with water making it impossible to shower. The sink faucet only produced very hot water, no cold. The staff were wonderful & very friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Good spot for a quick stay.
The hotel was great. Breakfast was also very good. Hotel staff was friendly. However when i checked into my room the TV didn’t work. I notified them, and after an hour I went to the front desk myself. She took charge and tried to fix it, and when that didn’t work she moved us to another room, apologized, and bought us a bottle of wine. I was so pleased by her gesture that I wanted to call and thank her, but the phone in the new room was broke. Hotel has a great staff. Owner needs to do a thorough inventory of each room and fix what needs to be fixed.

Best Positive Atmosphere
This location has one of the best vibes ever to experience. So much so, that it pours out through their entire staff onto their guests because the level of treatment is awesome and accommodating. Our stay was short only 4 days but most pleasant. I am traveling and it can be a bit difficult because my brother is autistic, and the level of anxiety he gets around others can be disturbing. But not here, he actually hung out down in the lobby more than in our hotel room which is VERY RARE, to say the least. The first morning, he wandered out and kitchen staff helped him make a plate, (he is on crutches and can not walk), and from there he opened up, and even some of the guests started to engage with him. (This is because of the great energy when staying at the Baymeadows location in Jacksonville, Fl. it's contagious and spreads out). Let me not forget the breakfast was very good as well. I wish I could duplicate this stay on our journey as we are traveling quite a bit, the experience of my brother opening up so much was priceless and rare. This is an amazing Hotel Staff(team), that's what makes a hotel. Sincerest Thanks!
