The lobby is beautiful, and there's a Morton's on-site. The concierge seemed to be more worried about upselling than addressing a minor issue. Felt beneath a Hyatt Regency. The room was clean, but there were no drawers to put items in, and the refrigerator was non-functional. It even had a sign "This is a cooler, not a refrigerator." The bed was 6/10 comfort. Again, not a bad stay, but this is a 2.5 star hotel masquerading as a 3.5-4 star.

The staff and the overall cleanliness is exceptional. The rooms are where the problem is as they are dated. We had a Jr. Suite which is basically 2 adjacent rooms which we did not know. Not bad as we had 2 bathrooms and 2 refrigerators. The problem is only one room had a window and it's a small window. The bedding is super soft so for those with back issues that need something firmer this could be a problem. It is not that it is a bad hotel. It is just a bit dated. If you are looking for a suite in the traditional sense this is not it. I can't say enough good things about the staff and that is everywhere you go. Also, the hotel is kept clean and they use a nice scent throughout the hotel. It is quiet and in a good location with little traffic. We were expecting the suite to be better for the money.

Do not stay at this hotel. I booked thru Expedia and prepaid for this room for this hotel to then charge me as a no show when I clearly stayed there. They then charged my card an additional time and refused to refund me because they have incorrect card information.

STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
Absolutely terrible. They had a conference there they didnt tell us about w loud rude and obnoxious guests. We asked for quitest room possible and we were told they put us on a floor where the convention guests were not. That was a lie. Up till 230am they were in hallways yelling and partying and banging on walls. We called 3x to complain and they did respond but guests didnt care nor did they really. We almost had to call police to handle situation as it was gwtting tense as the hotel Didnt do enough to remedy the siuatuon. Couldn't even eat dinner or breakfast as there were hundresds of concention guests in eating areas occupying all facets of the hotel leaving other guests zero options. Hotel should have said they had this convention dominated even so we could have stayed elsewhere Beds were older and worn and definitely not the premium bedding as described.
