What is wrong with the key card lock?
The deadbolt didn’t work. The key card lock was sometimes working and sometimes not. Annoying. Event after maintenance came to change the battery. Even the maid couldn’t get it to work. So I had to get a new key card almost every time I went to the room. And the front desk said it must be me who deactivated it. And I know I didn’t. Room 111

This was a quick overnight trip, however when I called just to inform the front desk that we would be a late arrival, I somehow got reservations (not on site) and was told she couldn’t pass the information on because the card # I gave her wasn’t what was on the reservation (which it was) and all the questions she asked me while I was driving was too much, I literally called back, got someone at the physical hotel, gave them my name and told them we would be a later arrival, and they thanked me and that was it. And house keeping started knocking on our door at 9:30 am, again at 10am asking when we would be checking out…checkout was 11. So this was very odd. But was very clean, and the staff we encountered at the front desk were friendly.

Great place to stay!
This was an emergency last-minute stay. The suite was amazing and comfortable. My only concern was the bathtub. It was very slippery. I’m glad it had safety bars because we had to use them to make sure we didn’t slip in the tub while showering. I also wish the hotel had complimentary bottles of water. Everything else was great. The breakfast was fantastic as well. Great place to stay!

Our stay at the Residence Inn was truly delightful! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. The complimentary breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel amenities, including the fitness center and pool, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. The location was also perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Residence Inn and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
