Beautiful views but Overpriced and old.
Great location, right on the beach but for the price paid - it is very overpriced. The balcony was very dirty, unusable. The shower was very dirty and outdated as well. The complementary breakfast was low quality as well. Was not worth the price paid at all.

I loved the location of the hotel. It’s right on the beach, next to a park and volleyball net. The room was a bit small but we had a great view. The bed was a bit small and not the most comfortable, and the shower could have been cleaner. No housekeeping unless you call for it and no extra trash bags in the room. We were able to see the sunrise and sunset from our room. The location was worth the price for weekdays but not sure we would stay there again.

Nice but gros for me.
The property is beautiful and in a wonderful location. On arrival our first night it was late, so we did not shower. The next morning while going to get a shower we noticed it had not been cleaned. We asked the lady at the front desk to have room service take care of that while we were out for the day and upon arrival back to our room late that evening as well it was still not done. I needed this room for a bed and bathroom. Half of which I had to feel as if i compromised my personal health in using a restroom and shower that had obviously not been cleaned. The other half of which also made questionable since the bathroom was not cleaned.
Unknown substance on inside of bathroom door next to toilet.
Left over hair from the last tenant.

Floor was sandy in my room. The next day I told front desk, she said they would take care of it. I told her because of the sand on my feet the bed also needed changed as sand was there also. They did not come in until about 5 o'clock. When we returned it was dry and still sandy and the sheets were also. I would not recommend it to you.

Wanted some warmer beach weather & got everything I was looking for. Great location right on the beach & pet friendly allowed me to step out of my hotel room for beautiful sunrises & simply walk down the beach with my dog for some shelling adventures. I brought my bicycle & easily rode to Fort Clinch for some fossil hunting. An overall 5-star mini vacation.

Beautiful area and close to the historical downtown with lots of shops, restaurants and bars! The breakfast is nice the rooms are comfortable. Our only complaint is the shower head not so great, towels are thin and toilet paper is alittle rough. 😆 Still would come back when we can.

Check-in was suppose to be at 4pm; however, we were unable to check-in until almost 5pm because the room was not yet cleaned. Reception kept telling me to check back in 10 minutes. The sheets did not fit the bed and kept coming off during the night bunching up beneath us. The room was very small, not worth what we paid. Only saw one friendly employee that had a smile on his face during our stay. Breakfast was nice - good variety and hot food hot and cold food cold.

Small, comfy hotel situated in front of a wonderful restaurant with delicious food (think crab and shrimp pizza and crab soup) and a beach view. You can have a bite then walk it off with a nice stroll on the beach or ride your bike....path right out front. Head to town in the evening for another walk, great shopping and more great food
