On the Beach and affordable!
Upon arrival on NYE the lobby office was dark and nobody was at the front desk while another couple waited to check in as well. Once the gentlmen arrived he politely apologized that he was the only one working. He looked like he was returning from doing some maintenance. Check in was a breeze! We parked in the underneath parking garage which was right next the the elevator and very convenient. The room was decent. The shower could have been cleaner, the body wash was empty and the conditioner dispenser was broken off the wall. The lotion dispenser didn't have a bottle. The ice bucket had old water in it from melted ice but had a new bag drapped over the side. Just a lack of attention to detail for the housekeeping. The view was amazing from our balcony to the east but was blocked to the west. The close proximity to have our toes in the sand was amazing!! Breakfast in the morning was delicious from the biscuits and gravy, bacon, bagels, cereal and waffles! Coffee bar had nice add ons like flavored syrups. The area was beautiful and I would stay again because the area for improvement aren't deal breakers for us.

NYE stay
Great location and rooms. Denim, the front desk agent was super friendly and helpful. The view is amazing and you are steps away from the beach. Breakfast was good and the attendants worked hard to make sure it was always well stocked. And even though it was NYE it was not overly loud

Not sure what the little guy's name was but he had only been working for about two weeks, and he was very nice and helpful. The other staff should take lessons from him.

The young lady that checked us in was amazing. She helped us a few times, remembered what we said, and was overall fantastic. The room was not comfortable or clean.

Hotel was easy to find, room was wonderful with a nice view. Front desk and breakfast ladies very nice. Th breakfast each day was good. The bed slept good and very quiet. Two good restaurants to walk to. Not good shelling at beach out front. Winter weather pretty much all broken up. Parking is the only issue. There is not enough.Even for winter traffic. I was not going to park on the under ground parking with no lights. It felt very unsafe to leave the car there or walk out in the dark. Down town is a hop and skip. So is the fort and worth seeing. It was relaxing and that’s what we wanted.

Wish we knew it was a micro room. It was so small you could sit on bed and touch each wall. Smallest room I have ever stayed in. Definitely needs to be cleaned better.

We had someone enter out room with a key btistake but why their key was able to open our door was not explained to me. Also our key all of a sudden stopped working the second day. This was corrected but should not have occurred. They had no in house restaurant as was advertised on the web site. I would not recommend this hotel . Way to sloppy of an operation.

Beautiful views but Overpriced and old.
Great location, right on the beach but for the price paid - it is very overpriced. The balcony was very dirty, unusable. The shower was very dirty and outdated as well. The complementary breakfast was low quality as well. Was not worth the price paid at all.

I loved the location of the hotel. It’s right on the beach, next to a park and volleyball net. The room was a bit small but we had a great view. The bed was a bit small and not the most comfortable, and the shower could have been cleaner. No housekeeping unless you call for it and no extra trash bags in the room. We were able to see the sunrise and sunset from our room. The location was worth the price for weekdays but not sure we would stay there again.
