Our second stay at Hyatt House. Overall, we love this property. We had a slight issue with the water pressure dropping on two occasions, but it came right back on after 5 seconds. Roof deck lounge/bar with a panoramic view of Manhattan is a great feature.

Mattresses were terrible. Woke up wirh a sore back everyday. There are no counters in the bathroom. Huge bathroom with a pedestal sink. Had to put towel on toilet lid to use as a shelf. Television small and port picture (minor issue) Bathroom not having vanity will be the reason we don’t go back.

El hotel es hermoso. Con vistas impresionantes. El servicio bueno. La ubicación excelente. Acceso a Manhattan por ferry y tren a menos de 2 min caminando. Restaurantes en los alrededores. Se siente seguro caminar por alli en las noches. En general fue muy agradable.

We arrived an hour early and were able to do an early check-in with an upgrade for $20 more. It was definitely worth it and we had a safe and comfortable good time at the hotel. Very convenient location, easy parking and access to PATH to Manhattan. Breakfast was served hot and fresh on the top floor of the building with beautiful view to the sea and the city. Very friendly staff as well. Would love to come back and stay again!
