This was a really nice place . Only thing is the doors are super heavy and Iit was noisy people coming and going all hours .banging doors ... hard to avoid I guess in a hotel or else all of us were on same floor which places tend to do if they aren’t busy!

Front desk staff are always a pleasure to deal with, especially Thu. She is very professional and knows how to treat a guest well. Our treatments at the spa were most enjoyable and Margaret is a true gem. Lastly, we couldn’t forget to mention David who always greets us with a warm hello and friendly smile at the front door each time we visit. A great way to start any stay at the hotel !

They have excellent service and are well-staffed, better than most commercial hotels. The facilities are maintained to very good standards, and the hotel has beautiful gardens and bouquets. I was very happy during my stay!

The Manager, an Asian man, is a terrible person! Very rude with the customers. He did not treat us as human beings at all! He is a brute! A very racist one! He treated us very badly and I saw him not being so nice to some African people also! He should not be in that position!
