Excellent stay

From the moment we arrived at reception we were exceedingly happy with our stay. The receptionists were delightful. Our room was airy, clean and well stocked with tea/coffee/hot chocolate and lovely bathroom products. Breakfast was delicious with great options for meat eaters and vegans! And all the staff were pleasant and friendly. A lovely place to stay.

Fantastic place to stay in Leeds. Central to everything, comfortable, elegant, and staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it.

Have stayed in this hotel before. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with plenty of choice although more healthy options would be good.

Great staff. Great facilities. Great breakfast. Great spa! Could do with a slight freshen up and in the rooms, bathroom could do with a mop and 1 packet of biscuits had been half open plus definitely needs 2 more pillows on the beds, however, these didnt detract from having an amazing stay!
