Great stay as always my go to hotel when in Leeds. Such a beautiful hotel with and amazing bar and close to shopping and restaurants. And is right next door to the train station. We will be back!

This is a fantastic hotel, but it has some issues, the breakfast is poor, the room I was in (714) the carpet although clean was past it's best, my room suffered from street noise due to the pop up bars outside, also overlooking porta loos is not ideal, I will stay here again but will request a side room rather than front facing.room service is via the TV but this is not apparent I rang reception and they sent up a paper menu !.but being in the centre of the city it's easy to find somewhere to eat.

Gorgeous hotel, historical feel with modern upgrades. Room was very small but functional. Feels newly remodelled. Staff we're incredibly good. Polite, attentive and helpful. Would stay again.

Yes, large room and comfy bed and everything, but also previous guest's body hair on the sink, marked dirty towels... Poor housekeeping really. I don't know what they spent all that 70 million quid uplifting the building for. I don't care about the pigeon crap outside my window, but that body hair in my bathroom turns my stomach upside down. Get your priorities right...

The queens is a fantastic building and well worth the cost to a certain extent, it is in the middyof Leeds city centre and conveniently accessible from the railway station, booking in was easy and I was pleasantly surprised when told I had been up graded, I was therefore surprised when I entered my room to see it was exactly the same size that I had stayed in back in march, the room was clean and tidy but due to it overlooking the city square it was very noisy, There is a lack of information in the room and one area they can improve on is to make it clear how to order room service via the TV,, The carpets in the room though clean is warn and shabby looking. The cosiarge on duty Saturday and Sunday morning of my stay over the rugby magic weekend is a credit to the hotel and he is one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting, overall I will stay again but would request a side room rather than a front facing room.
