Front desk unattended, I needed to wait almost 10 min to change my room (as my room's deadbolt did not work). The second room assigned to me, there were crumbs, from food left on some of the surfaces in the living room. The room / bed area smelled of someone's strong perfume. The elevator buttons stick, so it's difficult to activate it. The hotel looks like it could use a deep clean, some paint to be fresher and cleaner feeling.

Hotel was great. A little disappointed in the breakfast, I have had much better free ones at other chains. Sausage was not browned and instant scrambled eggs were rubbery. Not much else in the selection other than cereal and bagels / bread.

Loved the convenience, close to everything. Although the hotel is older it was cleanwith comfortable beds. I didn't like that there was no tub and the bathroom was very small. The hot andcokd breakfast was excellent.

Really nice hotel and hotel staff are friendly! Initially I was booked into an adjoining room but when I asked to be moved, they did it right away without hesitation. Pool could be a bit warmer in my opinion but twice I had the pool to myself!

I liked the cleanliness of the outside garden, friendly staff. I didn’t like the after effect of my eyes after swimming, I think there was too much chlorine in the pool water. I spent the whole night and next morning with red, itchy eyes, and had to go to the pharmacy to purchase eye drops to relieve the discomfort. Overall l enjoyed my stay with the rest of my family.

Absolutely amazing staff on site. I had an issue with my credit card due to the previous nights stay at a different hotel and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help me sort it all out and be able to keep my room. I will be booking Marriott from now on.

Front office staff were charming and professional, however, housecleaning staff worked hard but there needs to be more staff to service rooms in a timely and efficient way. Had to ask everyday for towels and paper products. The breakfast selection was extremely limited and on the Friday morning of our stay ran out of nearly everything by 8.30. I find being asked to not request fresh towels whilst being given disposable cups, plates and cutlery in direct conflict with ecco sustainability. The room we had, 317, was the best layout of a hotel room.

Beautiful property and the staff were great. Unfortunately due to some ignorant customers there were numerous cigarette butts outside the doors, front and side which was disappointing.

Close to shopping and highway
Haven’t stayed at this location before but would do so again. Clean, modern and quiet. Very close to Kanata sports fields and arenas and tons of shopping and restaurants
