Good enough

Shower heads emitted only a trickle of water despite great water pressure elsewhere. Some breakfast items were stale. No coffee making equipment in room. No microwave though we had a refrigerator. Staff were great. Hotel was clean throughout.

Great Place to Stay

Hubby and I stayed a weekend in their Executive Suite that was equipped with a gas fireplace and a jetted tub. The accomodations were lovely! The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful!

Excellent place to stay

The hotel & staff were amazing, very helpful finding a place to grab a snack before going to Longwood Gardens. Choices for breakfast were very good. We were lucky with getting their handicap accessible room. Book early if you need it, they have only one. There is a fireplace in the sitting area near the reception desk & another in the breakfast lounge. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall,?we had a very nice stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and decorated beautifully for the holidays. Staff was very helpful. Continental breakfast was bagels, pastries, waffles, etc. Will stay again when in the area.
