It’s a very quaint & clean hotel close to all the activities in the area. We like to stay there when we go to Longwood Gardens. Friendly staff & beautiful area.

Absolutely enjoyed our one night stay. Front desk was welcoming and friendly. Room was immaculate. Couldn't ask for more. One minor consideration - the hotel's location set back up a 'sudden' driveway from the highway is a bit difficult to locate.

The room itself was very comfortable and well appointed. The reception area was welcoming. Desk staff very pleasant. No room cleaning service during stay. Breakfast ok, but no hot water for tea one day and breads were reserved from previous day. Cleaning service spotty and not completed in a timely fashion. This being said, the hotel is more than adequate, bed comfortable, nice room touches like whirlpool and gas fireplace. Peaceful and quiet.

This was a cute little hotel. We did not actually interact with any staff members, we checked in very late due to flight complications and we left early to get our son to college so we got communications through email that made it quick and easy for us to get in and out. The continental breakfast was really nice.

Understaffed, sometimes you call the front desk there is no answer. They will not take wake up calls because they claim they do not have all the room extension phone numbers numbers. On check in we were told they customarily do not change towels or make beds until the last day of your stay! The free breakfast was barely edible, if there was a diner or cafe nearby I would have used it for breakfast. Rated 3 stars ? No way, more like 1 star. Call my review Never Again and Don't Recommend!

Beautiful setting
Beautifully set in a centrally located area with quaint little shops on the property. Breakfast is very continental with pastries, a toaster for bagels, toast, etc. Cereals and oatmeals were offered with fruit. Just down the street from Longwood Gardens.
