Very good

initially, upon arrival, there was no office at the address indicated. I had not received any indication by email and I find that it shows transparency that their office is at a different address. on hotel.com it is indicated that there was 24/7 surveillance but in fact there is no one at the address of the color at 818 white. they are at the other address. (see photos) in addition, in my room, it remains basic. broken frame and hook, rusty shower pole, very hooked balcony. the bed is comfortable but the mattress cover is detached quickly and I was alone. so comfortable and peaceful but lacks transparency and information
I would not recommend this hotel at all. The room we were given was run-down and in terrible condition. To make matters worse, we were assigned a room with just one bed for my husband, my 13-year-old child, and myself. When we called the front desk to complain, the woman was incredibly rude. She actually told us to "do the math" and assumed we could all sleep in a single bed. When I explained that was not an option, she finally offered to bring an inflatable mattress—only if we paid an extra fee. When it arrived, the air mattress was broken and kept losing air, forcing us to refill it multiple times during the night.
The room itself was outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, and the pillows felt like rocks. I’ve never had such a terrible night’s sleep. The staff’s unhelpful attitude and the poor condition of the room made for an incredibly frustrating experience. I will definitely not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

Excellent location, and close enough to the free Duval Loop bus for getting around town. Our 1 bd suite needs some maintenance work, though. Poor water pressure in bathroom sink due to corroded faucet [kit. sink and tub ok]. Swivel chairs in seating area have disgustingly dirty upholstery. Since it is rated for 4, it would have been nice to have a table that would seat that many. So all in all, overpriced for the experience.
Billed as "spacious"...the shelf in bathroom was broken, no place to put any toiletries, the trundle bed might be good for children under 8 years old but not for anyone older, only one side table in bedroom..overall, drab, dingy and looked old
Great location with parking and the pool was heated! So nice to swim in the morning in December! Cleaning lady was so nice and helped us out with extra towels.

Property needs some upkeep
The checkin is not in the location of the property which is fine but I don’t recall seeing that info as I was booking and it was inconvenient for me to deal with that. The staff was very nice. The room was clean but needs some maintenance, for example there are a lot of scuff marks on the walls. The streaming on the tv worked but the cable didn’t (and therefore local news/weather).
There is good parking which is unusual for this area. The pool looked very nice.
Nice room. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and pillows were awful. Liked everything else.

Key west stay
I was super excited to visit key west for the first time.
Theres only few rooms in the hotel, great pool. The rooms are big with full kitchen, patio and a balcony which is great. Only thing is the condition of the shower and the kitchen is not good. Like in an very old apartment.
This was my first time to Key West, but I would definitely stay here again on my next trip. The property is in a residential area and pretty quiet; the room was basic with a functional design and well-maintained. The location was great in that there are places to walk to or you can order a taxi/ride share. Parking included!

Our few days in KW
This older property is several blocks (about 1/2 mile) from Duval, which was fine by us. It's not much to look at from the street. Older property. Theyve done some updates but the bathroom is very dated and the floors are not level. In fact standing in the shower was precarious. The large jetted tub had controls for filling it, but the water was a trickle. Chairs in room were stained. Room can sleep 4 but there isnt that much room for seating so its really a room for 2. We were in Melissa's villa. Never found critters inside, but there were snakes under the property as we saw them coming and going. Pool is tiny. No laps for me. Waterfall is very loud and the pretty tiling behind the waterfall is falling apart. The positives are the neighborhood is quiet, walk to marina and Duval is doable. We found several nice restaurants on White Street. Kitchen in unit is small so not really doable to cook a meal, but ok for takeaway. There are 4 or 5 rooms in this building and 5 parking spots included so we only paid to park when we picked up the room key on Duval (discovered 2 spots in front of the office when we dropped off so did not pay for leaving the keys). If we return to Key West we will probably find a nicer property on the beach with a parking lot.
