I loved that the property was very clean, and it is located in the heart of Old Town--just one block from Duvall. The thing I did not like (and would make me not rent this property again) is that there is no kitchen sink. We had to was dishes in the bathroom sink, which clogged on our first day. When trying to remove the clog, we found broken glass in the sink from a previous guest. The property owner needs to install a kitchen sink.

Location, Location, Location
The unit we were in was real nice, we were in the Jasmine which was upstairs. The unit had many amenities, such as a refrigerator, stove top, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and most important a parking space. It also had a sleeper sofa in addition to the master bedroom queen bed. And like the title says being only 1 block from Duval made getting anywhere great. Only downsides, the window AC units were really loud, and struggled to cool the unit, and the Bed in the bedroom was extremely hard and firm. All in all a very pleasurable place to stay in old Key West.

Ocean front?
The unit was clean & nice,.. Location was great, but there was no Ocean front like I was told, no pool & it was in back alley. Overall stay was quiet & room was ok, nothing great,.. but very clean.

Very nice room in great location. I would recommend including cleaning fee as part of rental rate. I come to Key West often to hide and relax, and was very pleased with this rental. Will stay again.

Great location to historic Key West and came with a parking space which was important. Very roomy for me and my friends. Kitchen was a plus! Only two things was floor was a little dirty. The shower head could be better but overall great apartment.
