The property location is great for walking to many restaurants and attractions. Building is beautiful but has some repairs needed. Room was ok but didn’t cooldown for comfortable sleeping at night. I was put in a room upstairs far away from the bar, ice, and breakfast. Room maid service had to be requested and then was not done well. Floors were filthy. The daily resort amenities fee of $35?! For what? Relaxing at the pool when the staff started power washing! Not worth the extra costs! There are many other choices close by. Very disappointed

The staff went above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. I observed how friendly and helpful they were with many guests during the check in/check out procedure. The bartenders are friendly (especially Kirk) and happy to help with suggestions for things to do around the island. The breakfast offerings were plentiful, complete with fresh squeezed juice every morning. The area where they serve breakfast is open for guest to use at their leisure for snacks, cold water, the microwave. The rooms have mini fridges. The rooms are nice and comfortable, though mine did have a dank smell no amount of fresh air could rid it off (room 17). It’s close enough to be walkable to Duval, the Butterfly conservatory,the Hemingway House without being in the thick of everything. I’d definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely place to stay, the room was clean and very charming. The only thing missing is a coffee machine. Breakfast starts at 8:am and as a continental breakfast it really was delicious, much better than any chain hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Key West.

Very easily accessible to downtown area. Very impressed with housekeeping services. Left the room for one hour in the morning and came back to a completely clean room! Everything was clean around the property and breakfast was great!

This was a great stay! We loved the property. Unlike any place we have stayed in the past. The landscape of the place is amazing with trails leading through the property. Cant say enough how accommodating the front desk ladies were upon arrival. Highly recommended!

Very friendly check in staff. Walked us to the room, verified the e-key was operational. Did not like the loud, antiquated air conditioning system. Sounded like a 737 was taking off. Did not address the humidity in the room. Great breakfast, friendly bar tender Kirk.

At 0700 they began repairs in the room next to us. I’m talking hammering, drilling, and slamming stuff all over. After complaining they simply gave me a sixty dollar credit. Did they stop until until I at least checked out, no!!

We stayed in a free standing bungalow. We loved the peace and privacy of it. The property is great, with little pathways and lots of tropical landscaping, two pools and an outside bar. It's also a couple blocks from the main drag on Duval St. Great spot.

It started out being a nice place to stay but I didn’t appreciate all the rainbows we had to look at. Shouldn’t assume that the conservatives will accept all the LGBTQ rainbows everywhere. They could’ve done without that and the stay would’ve been nicer. Personally wouldn’t stay there again because they aren’t being fair for those that don’t support LGBTQ. If you’re going to have an establishment for tourists be fair to both sides and just do away with it completely.

We absolutely loved our stay. All the staff were so sweet and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and adorable. The property was beautiful and the breakfast was by far the best breakfast we have ever had. Swimming pools were a plus!
