This is a great inexpensive place to stay in Key West. It was like a hostal so there were lots of people at the breakfast from lots of places.!!!!! there were two pools, a heated one and a non-heated one but the beautiful foliage around the pool keeps the sun out most of the time!!!

It was conveniently located. Had good vibe as a hostel. But rooms were not that great. We booked a private room for more than 300$ but room had cracks in the ceiling, cup boards were crooked.

The property is unique. I would not stay there more than a couple of days. The window sill in our room was rotted out and it looked like moss was growing there. The sides and behind the beds looked like they had not been cleaned in quite some time. They use tankless water heaters so there was only one day that we had hot water. Other days it was warm and a couple of days it never got warm. It is very economical so I guess you get what you pay for.

Property is fairly convenient and walkable. Pool areas are nicely laid out. Coffee was convenient. Staff was great. However, I must say the room was one of the most disgusting I have experienced. Cracked floors, rusty fridge door, improperly attached mirrors, and the mold in the shower/bathroom was something I haven't ever seen anywhere, especially at this high price. I think we may have been in one of the older rooms maybe not ever renovated.

The bathroom floor tiles and the shower rod holding the shower head are also broken, showing a lack of supervision. The room was on the third floor, on a narrow staircase with no easy access, and it was difficult for you to carry a suitcase, so you should be informed about that.
