Great location and would stay again. We were on a ground floor room in Atrium building and was very noisy from staff working in corridors starting at about 7am everyday. That’s a bit early for vacation property.

The staff were amazing and the rooms were kept extremely clean. Great walking distance for everything on Duval. The breakfast set up wasn’t good and way overpriced for what it was. Our room was above the bar and the walls were thin so it was loud until about midnight every night. The bed was not comfortable at all. But the location and the staff were great. The bar on the beach was also nice and had great food and drinks. The beach was also very cozy and relaxing.

Overall a very nice hotel in a fantastic location. In the middle of all the action Key West has to offer but nicely tucked away with a lovely private beach & pool. We stayed in the Garden Building with a balcony overlooking the pool and beautiful well kept gardens. The room was a good standard with everything we expected. 5 star service from all of the staff. The only minor criticism is the hotel is starting to look its age but this did not spoil anything for us. Not sure I would have liked a car park view room though! Highly recommended hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The area was great and was easily walkable. The only inconvenience during our stay was a short power outage in the middle of the night, but it was resolved very quickly. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay again!
