Wonderful!
This is a beautiful place to stay in Key West. The condo complex is impeccably maintained, with gorgeous sunrise views, plenty of places to lay out, a large pool and hot tub, even a sauna! The unit itself has a nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need including a regular coffee pot and a citrus juicer. The property management company was quick to respond when I had a question upon check in. Easy 15 Uber to downtown areas, and ubers went plentiful. Everything ran smoothly, we had a great trip, and we look forward to coming back!

Large appartement, very clean and nicely decorated. Great set-up with pool, hot-tub, Sauna etc. One damaged bed was repaired instantly. Would definitely book again, but for longer. Thank you!!

There were a couple of broken chairs on the balcony and the permanent residents were not very accepting of small children but it is wonderful for adults and older children

A nice stay outside of the hustle and bustle
We had a very nice stay. The pool overlooking the ocean exceeded our expectations. We had a lovely time renting bikes and biking around the island each day. The property itself is a bit dated, but can understand that for the reasonable price. The host was very responsive to any requests we had before and during our stay. Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay there again.

The unit was clean, roomy, and comfortable. We loved sitting by the saltwater pool and taking in the view. The location is great. It's far enough away from all the bars and restaurants that you have a very peaceful setting, but also easily walk-able. It's about a 45 minute walk into the main part of town. We would definitely stay here again.

Great rental, but…..
The condo is very spacious, very clean, and was nicely remodeled. Management was awesome! The shower was great, and boy was the water pressure nice. Secure parking. Can’t say enough good things. However, the only reason we would not stay here again are the beds. Please note this is a personal preference. But, I have never slept on a mattress that resembled a slab of concrete. Both rooms, no one in our party had a good nights sleep. If the mattresses are ever updated, please shoot us a message.

Great place but the smell....
Most decent places to stay in Key West will be a bit pricey and this one was no exception. The amount of space in this condo worked out great for my family. It was clean and the rooms were a good size and it was close to everything which was convenient. The problem was the smell of sewer was so bad you couldn't really go outside. It was worse in the garage which of course was where we had to park. The sewer pipes were overhead and we were notified that if we didn't move our car in time the day they were being cleaned that they would "do their best" to clean anything that gets on the car.....gross. The pool was very nice but again, the smell was everywhere. The rest of Key West was awesome and I'll always remember it but unfortunately the only thing I can remember from this place is the smell of sewer.

A nice unit
I don't think this should be published but there were cockroaches in the unit. It didn't bother me but I am sure some guest would go nuts. We liked the overall location, the unit was well supplied. There was no view of the ocean and the "beach" supposedly had glass and debris on it. Driving in Key West is stressful.

Beautiful property near Smathers Beach. Friendly staff, clean throughout & wonderful amenities. We had an issue with toilet, Maintenance was there & fixed it quickly. Only thing I would recommend is that we have a place to donate unopen food /water instead of throwing things out We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay in a lovely condo. I was disappointed in the beach but that was due to the recent weather. There are many amenities to the property one being a sauna!! People were friendly and helpful. We were even able to store our luggage while waiting for our flight time.

Condo was very clean and great location. Pool was very nice. Gentlemen that checked us on was very helpful. Huge Con: Key to get into the complex did not work the entire trip. Needed key to get into condo complex and back from pool area. Very inconvenient and frustrating. Waited frequently for someone to come out so we could get in. Other: Toilet paper provided but no paper towels. Overall- yes, would recommend

Condo is large and clean! Close to the pool and in a quiet location. Underground parking was very convenient. We enjoyed the large outdoor area and 3 patio doors. Nice view of the ocean from the pool!
