The large private balcony includes two seating areas, as well as a dining table that doubles as a shuffleboard game. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for those who enjoy cooking, and there’s a morning coffee and tea station offering a variety of choices. The unit also overlooks a beautiful pool and jacuzzi.

The owners of this unit have provided additional amenities for all their guest comfort and convenience, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bug spray, tanning lotion, laundry essentials, and much more!

Community amenities include a heated Olympic-sized pool and a bubbling 20-person hot tub, as well as three tennis courts, one of which boasts the only clay surface in Key West. Each unit comes with an assigned parking space in the garage, subject to height restrictions. Limited outside parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
