I paid for one of the best rooms. Oceanfront king. Lots of deferred maintenance. Worst of which was the laminated floor was delaminating creating 1/4 inch differences which encouraged shoe only experience. (Kept stubbing toes on uneven delaminating floors)

If you value a quiet sleep and don’t mind the walk (or biking) this place is a nice slice of paradise. It’s a short walk to the water and a 30min walk to the other end of Duval. We loved that they will hold your luggage if you arrive early and also after you checkout if you have a later flight. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The property was very clean! The only downfall I can think of is if you really only need a place to lay down at night… it might not be for you. We were so busy exploring the island that we didn’t really get to use the pools, participate in the resort activities, nor Cafè/bar.

The property is conveniently located with numerous options for accomodations. There are three pools including a serenity pool. Our room had a panoramic ocean view but a broken shower door and the people walking in front of the window was annoying. Britney was helpful.

The property was very ordinary. It was tight, cramped. The room we had was adequate, not the worst or best we have stayed in. The room amenities were poor at best. We could only have coffee one morning because the keurig maker did not work. It was the worst coffee maker I have ever seen. The cups kept falling down into it. They did not provide wash cloths or hand towels. You have to ask. The restaurant food was good but overpriced. The beach was nice if you can avoid the rocks and the seaweed. Overall I give the place an average rating. Not the worst but would look at other places next time.

Very convenient right on Duval street but far enough away from the party side to get some rest. Very large property with three nice pools. Room was very nice. Spa was small but very nice and massage was professional and top notch. Would definitely stay here again

You’re paying a high price for a stay at an econolodge that has been bought and ran by Marriott pretty much. Nothing special about this place unless you pay the extra to stay on the property closest to the water. If you’re staying at the rooms away from the water.. it’s a rip off.

Everything was great except bartender at pineapple bar priority was talking and not taking care of the guests. Waited 10 minutes for initial acknowledgment for a drink then 20 minutes for another. Rather than stay we paid our bill and was never back. That was three of us and I guess her loss not mine. She shouldn’t have a job
