When you think of Key West, you think of spending relaxing days with your toes in the sand under the palm trees, and fun-filled nights walking through the Streets of Old Town on your way to catch the sunset at Mallory Square. Experience these kinds of days (and nights) at SOUTHERNMOST PALMS, a beautifully renovated villa, located at The Foundry in Truman Annex, Key West's most exclusive gated community. From this location, you'll be within walking distance to all that Key West has to offer. SOUTHERNMOST PALMS combined with Last Key Realty's unrivaled Guest Services is sure to make your stay in Key West a memorable one. Smoking is not permitted in any Last Key Realty home. In addition, the Foundry does not permit smoking in the front garden patio areas or balconies. Therefore, this home is not a good fit for vacationers needing smoking accommodations.

THE LOCATION...

You'll be just a few blocks from Mallory Square, Duval Street and all the restaurants, shopping, and attractions of Old Town Key West, yet you'll benefit from the peace and quiet that Truman Annex is known for. Although you won't need a car to get around from this excellent location, there is a reserved off-street parking space.

Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.

THE LIVING AREA...

SOUTHERNMOST PALMS has been furnished and decorated in a lush tropical style that can be found throughout the home. The living area is the entire first floor and has an open plan, with 11-foot ceilings and double French doors that provide plenty of natural light to enter. There's a large flat screen TV and multiple comfortable seating options, including a plush sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests. There's also a convenient powder room located on the first floor. The kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, with granite counter tops and all the tools needed to prepare a meal from home. The indoor dining table seats six comfortably or enjoy an outdoor meal at your own private courtyard out front, with an outdoor dining set and a gas BBQ grill.

THE COMMUNITY POOL and FORT ZACHARY TAYLOR STATE PARK...

The landscaped community pool is located just around the corner and across the street, with chaises and a cabana with restrooms. Or you can walk to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, with the prettiest beach in Key West, just a half mile away from your front door.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

• Master Suite: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a large flat screen TV, a private balcony, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

• Second Bedroom: Located on the Third Floor with Two Twins OR One King bed, a flat screen TV, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Each floor closes off with its own separate door as well for extra privacy.

This neighborhood is great! Right outside the gates of Truman Park. I have 0 complaints, very clean and easy. I will go back and rent again for sure next year. Also very clean.

The home was clean and well-stocked with paper products as well as the much needed coffee, teas, and a wonderful key lime pie! There was an issue with the internet provider which the property manager (Samantha) quickly resolved. It's a lovely home and was very comfortable for our family of 5.

Perfect Location!
Property is just as nice as pictures show online. Very clean, and communication with rental company was great. Very walkable to restaurants, many within 10-15 minute walk. Located on beautiful street. Also very close to Mallory Square and just a short walk to Truman’s Little White House. I would suggest driving or biking to the beach - it’s a bit farther, but there’s plenty of parking available. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Three weeks enjoying beautiful weather in Key West
This condo came well stocked with all the important appliances for making whole pots of coffee, as well as individual k-cups, margaritas, enjoying wine, BBQing and some cooking. The only improvements suggested would be a closet on the 3rd floor bedroom, instead of a clothes rack and better black-out blinds for those of uys wanting to sleep in past sunrise.

Awesome property convenient to Old Town and restaurants/bars but surprisingly quiet. Condo was stocked nicely, was clean and beds were comfortable. Concierge service was unexpected benefit and realty company was gracious host and easily accessible. Would rent again.

Fabulous location and incredible guest service
Property was located in the beautiful Truman Annex which was quiet and beautifully manicured. Just a two minute walk from the property was the bustling Duval St. and the heart of Old Key West, inclusive of the Conch Tour Train, Aquarium, Mallory Square, etc. We arrived late in the evening and our guest host ensured a seamless arrival. Property met all of our needs and we would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice for a family get away
The property is very clean and spacious. Just perfect for our family of four. It is located in the Truman Annex and is very close to the Truman Waterfront Park and Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park. It is also within walking distance to Mallory Square and Duval Street. We enjoyed being in old town, but also enjoyed the quiet aspect of the Truman Annex neighborhood just outside of the hustle and bustle. We parked our car for the entire week and rode our rented bicycles everywhere!

Absolutely amazing!
Ugh, we are so sad to leave. I am incredibly picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this property was perfect. Loved the separation of space on each floor so kids and parents could be independent. Kids loved the warm pool (note that there are tons of pool/beach towels, so no need to bring your own) and we loved getting up and walking to get coffee and take-out food. Couldn’t imagine a better vacation stay!

This is a very comfortable and safe property situated near everything. The property itself makes you feel right at home as soon as you check in and Greg was just a text or phone call away to help answer questions. By far, the nicest place we have stayed at in Key West.
