Basically this hotel you get what you pay for, maybe in some cases it's a little over priced for what you get. When we checked in it was confusing because expedia messed up my booking and said I had already paid for everything but turned out I still had to pay the rest of the booking at the hotel (which is not the hotel's fault it's expedia). The young woman and what I believe is the manager were so nice and patient and were quite helpful. The rooms however were in pretty poor condition. Our sheets had questionable stains on them. We booked this hotel with friends and my friend's room also had stains on the sheets and one of my other friend's room's floor was broken and felt like you could fall through it (this was also their second room, the first room they were in the A/C and fan didn't work). Over all I think if it wasnt for the help of the front desk when checking in I wouldve rated this lower. It is close walking distance to Duval which was another plus and for the most part no one bothers you at the hotel. The checking out process was a little frustrating as there was a different woman working and she wasn't nearly as warm and friendly as the young woman who checked us in. Overall if you're young and planning on only using your hotel as a place to sleep after a long day and night of going out, then it's not a bad place.
