Property appears nice from the outside and lobby but rooms and carpet appear outdated as if you are in a rundown old strip Las Vegas hotel. Also bathrooms were not very clean, acceptable, but appears rundown. Not worth spending what I spent, but guess you’re paying for the location and convenience of BTS station. What was more ridiculous is public laundry in the streets is usually 40 baht for a whole load (about $1 USD) they want 120 baht per item or shirt so 10 shirts would be 1,200 baht.

Good hôtel but not a 5*
Good hotel but not a 5* to the North American standard. Was probably very nice when built but now need a bit of TLC. Extremely friendly and polite staff. Very clean room. Many bottle of waters provided. Next to 2 big shopping mall. Ground floor of the Central Laprao one have nice cheap breakfast. Tried the buffet breakfast once. Lots of choices and quality very good. Pool on property. Situated near 2 lines of metro station (green and blue) All in all, enjoyed my stay there.

Wonderful Stay at the Centara Grand
Absolutely loved this hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast buffet was just fabulous. We would have loved to stay longer. The hotel had a shuttle over to the weekend market.

Excellent value for money. Facility is a little old but very well maintained. Good restaurants, sky bar, close to BTS and MRT, shopping malls and local restaurants and markets. Not located close to downtown or BKK airport, so not best location for tourists spots

最高でした！
ポイントが貯まったので少しいい部屋に泊まりました。ウィークエンドマーケットに行くのに選びました。 スタッフはみんな親切だし、部屋も最高でした。 駅から直結なのが嬉しいです。（私はショッピングモールでぐるぐる探してしまいましたが…）モールの駐車場を経由して行きましたが、あれが最短なのかはわかりませんでした。 朝ごはんも美味しくて大満足です。
