The pool and spa (steam room and sauna, no hot tub or Whirlpool bath) are in the building next door. The bar and brasserie are excellent! The staff are personable and well trained. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, as were the finally crafted cocktails

The best hotel we have stayed so far and we traveled a lot!! The hotel is grand and beautiful with walking distance to town! All the staff were so friendly, pleasant and alway ready to help! The front desk staff Laura Daily was wonderful! She wrote out the Pubs that have live Irish music for us and the best restaurants in town. She also provided us great ideas and best route to Travel. Thank you all so much for the wonderful service and great memories of beautiful Ireland!

Such a beautiful hotel and very close to walk to downtown area. I wish we stayed longer. The breakfast was WELL worth it. I absolutely recommended this hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel close to the main hustle and bustle of Killarney. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great spread. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. Stay was great. Easy walk to City Centre A little noisy in the morning as our room was on the parking lot side buses started to load at 7:30 No AC however windows opened very wide, and a fan was provided.

Noisy despite complaints
We stayed for a wedding and.returned to our room late. We were woken with shouting and loud music at 3am whixh continued for over an hour. I rang reception and complained - security knocked at their door and they went silent for about 5 minutes and then it continued again!

This was our favorite stay on pur 17 day long honeymoon. We wished we could stay longer. The hotel waa affordable and made us feel like royalty. The restaurant and bar attached was an added bonus! Also loved the spa pool!

Definitely recommend staying here
Location is great, easy walk to town and just far enough away for a good nights sleep. Breakfast is amazing and rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff was awesome and regularly saw them going above and beyond in their service.

Great room, excellent location for driving the Ring of Kerry and Killarney National Park. There is a gas station/convenience store next door and across the street plus it's an easy walk to the city center. My only complaint was that someone in the room next door was smoking and the smell got into the bathroom in my room. Very unpleasant.
