Thé hotel was very clean. Any request we asked of the staff was delivered without question. They seem to have a problem with the room keys. I had to change the keys once and re-initalize them 3 times. I was not the only guest that had this issue. It was very annoying not being able to get into the building nor my room at night. Also on the 1st night there was no place to park because they were fully booked.

Our reserved room was not available when we arrived. Suggested we take another room - not acceptable - location directly in front of parking area.. Reception clerk was not pleased (rude). with our refusal as we wanted the room we had booked. Finally got our room after about an hours wait as the room had not been cleaned .

Nice stay. Pool and hot tub was a highlight for the family. The breakfast buffet had a nice range of hot and common breakfast items. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. TV lacked in channel options but we didn’t spend much time on the TV so not a big deal for us.
