This place is awesome, however we rent this place as an hotel . We didn’t have any hotel services. There’s a big lack of ressources in the kitchen. There’s also a big lack for cleaning , broom, rag , dishes towel ... would be ok with a room service but otherwise, it’s a major problem . No hot water in any sink.

There was permanent bad smell coming from toilet then spreading in the room. Me and my husband got pulmonary infections as a result.The breakfast area not clean enough. The staff preparing breakfast seemed amateurs. Not clean enough. There should have been a restaurant in hotel where people can choose what they want to eat. Restaurants should be available for lunch and dinner or when ur kids want a snack during the day. Light meals should be available whole day like pasta, sandwiches etc. The electrical appliances were good however in the suites. The staff is not well trained enough as they pretend to be on the net. They have a long way to go go to match a 4 star.

New apartment. Bad management, room was not ready though had replacement but very troublesome to move room next day. Far from everything not convenient Cant even go to minimart No soap No phone Fridge was not cold No balcony as advertised

Great rooms, lovely breakfast (if a little limited), cosy pool with Great Twin Tower View and a quiet location. The staff are super friendly and many remember your name after the first day, greeting you with a warm smile. The service is intimate and friendly without being overbearing, can be quirky in a lovely way but certainly not anodyne like large hotel c. Stay!! You won’t regret it!!!

first check in was way too long. room was not ready at 2 pm. when we got in the room it was dusty, one bed had a cologne smell and the bathroom didn't smell good either. they were probably rushed to get the room ready. wifi and Netflix did not work. we talked to them, the were really nice and helpful. they fixed the wifi problem and said there was a cable missing for tv, the would bring one (which they never did but we were just happy wifi worked) they said this room is only 3 months old. the pool and gym are super nice and clean. we had an apartment so we could cook and wash. at this time they had only 2 plates and 2 forks, so we had to buy a pot... it is located pretty far from everything. you have to walk about 30 min to the centre, but they offer shuttle busses to certain times. overall I would not book it again simply because of the location and the dirt. + pool, gym, nice staff - was not clean, location

저녁도착. 방 배정받는데 한시간 대기 후 배정. 침대 개미 기어다녀서 크레임 거니, 옆의 방 쓸거면 돈 더 내라며 신경 않씀. 주방용품, 드라이어기, 전기주전자 없음, 와이파이기계 자체가 없음. 카운터가서 세번 얘기하니 방으로 확인하러 와서 "쏘리" 그러더니 조치없이 4일지남. 카운터 얘기들어보니 다들 각자 아파트 몇개씩 가지고 호텔임대하면서 대외적인 영업만 대신해주는 팀 따로, 방관리는 각자 알아서 하는 식이라 아무리 얘기해도 자기 관리하는 방이 아니면 듣지않음. 아무도 책임 지지않음. 보증금 300랭깃 걸었는데 나가면서 받으려하니 한시간 걸려서 이것저것 따지면서 대기시킴. 손님의 편의나 서비스... 이런거 없음. 어자피 손님 많고, 자기 잘못해도 전체적으로 큰 표시도 않남. 과대광고혐의로 소송 걸어서 망신 주고싶음. 여자랑 같이 갈거라면 각오하기를... 호텔분위기이지 서비스는 없음. 방음 않됨. 복불복. 주변 걸어서 30분가야 치킨덮밥 파는 식당 있음. 편의점 보이지도 않음. 나가려면 무조건 택시, 그램 이용. 도시외각이라고 호텔 픽업 관광가이드 거절. 자기네 지정장소까지 택시타고 가야 함.
