Be careful what you book, you may not get it! We booked a specific room view and we surely did not get it! We got views of trees and dumpsters. However, the staff wasn't in a hurry to fix the issue. They just stare at you like zombies. The elevator traffic is nothing I have ever experienced before in any hotel. You literally have to wait in line to get an elevator.

Great hotel views. Busy, but not as busy as some other tourist hotels we've experienced. Rooms are decent and comfortable. We did valet parking and it was $55 but then when we checked out they had raised the price to $75 for the last two days. We had no warning that the valet pricing changed on the weekend so that was a bit annoying.

Final charges confusing and high
Be prepared for taxes and additional fees to the tune of $100-$200 CAD per night. The view is what it's all about. Superior King room is lovely, but that's about it. Valet parking very expensive, but after long drive, easy to convince yourself....but more charges. Room service Salad with Chicken over $50. If you call room service after hour wait, they say no answer at knock on door and phone call not answered which was a total lie. Charges on folio at check out are insanely confusing and not meant for the customer to understand. Never in hundreds of hotel stays have we ever had such a confusing bill and put through on 5 different charges on our credit card (not including the deposit). Not worth the hassle, there are other places that have hotels with this spectacular view which value customer satisfaction and communication more highly.

We didn't have a Falls view but we still had a good view out of our window as we had a room at the corner of the hotel. We had a king bed and sofa and room was clean and well serviced. They had a gluten free toaster, bread and muffins which was excellent and opportunity to have omelets and fruit for breakfast for GF person. There are some restaurants nearby and you can get to the falls via the venicular railway.
