At check in I asked if a room upgrade was available. To my surprise I was upgraded free of charge. Amazing room on the 8th floor overlooking the falls. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning. Spend a couple hours mid day at the spa.

Beautiful Room but dangerous lock
The view and room were perfect except the door lock was really messed up and come to find out you could not exit the room, I figured out how to pick it eventually but it was a major safety issue and they failed to fix it when notified.

Pros: Great views and room, loved the Jacuzzi, the lay out of the spacious bathroom, and the seating area to enjoy the spectacular views. Very comfortable bed. Cons: Parking was in street and daily fee was stip, specially since several garages very close by were offering parking much lower. While there was a coffee machine in the room, the front desk only had decaf coffee. No microwave available, room did had a working minifridge and TV. Overall if cost is not an issue, best place to stay and enjoy the Falls.
