Beautiful Lakefront Home - Hot Tub, Sauna, Pool Table

Beautiful lakefront home in the heart of the Poconos in Lake Harmony. The home is centrally located and close to 2 popular ski areas (Big Boulder and Jack Frost), near several fantastic golf courses (Split Rock, Mountain Laurel, Jack Frost National), by some challenging hiking and biking trails (Hickory Run State Park), within walking distance to great restaurants and night life (Nick’s Lake House, Louie’s Prime, Piggy’s and Shenanigan’s), and with water activities available right outside your door (boating, fishing, swimming, etc.).


This is a year round rental with great attractions for every season.

Summer: The lakefront location not only creates a scenic view any time of the day, but direct access to the lake allows for swimming, fishing, boating or just relaxing on the lakefront. And for NASCAR fans, Pocono raceway is only 5 miles away.

Winter: Not only is the house located within a couple miles of Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski areas, but the lakefront location allows for fun activities on the frozen lake like ice skating, cross country skiing, ice fishing and snowmobiling.

Fall: Fall foliage creates a brilliant show of color in the Pocono mountains. This is a great time of year for hiking and mountain biking.

Spring: This is a great time to take in some early season golf. With 2 golf courses located within a couple miles and many more within a 20 minute drive, there are a lot of choices at great rates.

Nice Getaway

We really loved the location of the property, right on the lake. The hot tub, sauna, foosball, pool and shuffle board were all fun. The owners provided all the instructions which made it easy to follow. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Property

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at Lake Harmony in celebration of a friends marriage. The home is very comfortable and the lake is perfect. Fishing, kayaking, and paddling on the lake were all fantastic. We had a great time at the very large fire pit in the evenings, and playing pool and shuffleboard in the basement. The owners were very responsive throughout our stay. A few small hiccups with our stay, some of them were of no fault of the owner though. The home was a little on the dirty side when we arrived (food/candy wrappers/pacifiers etc on the floor from a previous guest), and the outdoor spaces were covered in geese droppings. Be prepared that you may have to shovel that up if you plan to utilize the backyard or dock. The hot tub did not appear clean, and a chlorine test showed it had none, so those who were planning to use it didn't feel comfortable doing so. Lastly there was a relatively major issue with the septic system on our last night there, which made our final evening and morning not great as we couldn't cook the farewell breakfast we had planned. Again this was not directly the fault of anyone, but probably could have been avoided with more proper upkeep and maintenance. Overall we had a great weekend though, and I would not hesitate to stay here again if I was looking to go back to Lake Harmony.

This is a wonderful lake house to stay at. The house was very clean and everything was very nice inside and out. The house had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and just hang out. Has perfect views from the deck and down on the dock. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay at a lake house! I would definitely rent this place again.

This was a Christmas experience gift to my adult kids and two grandsons. Great lake front home in close proximity to ski resorts, water park and state park. The only thing that would have made it better was more snow than a dusting!

Cant wait until next year's trip

This was our 3rd year staying here for our annual girls cousins weekend. The home is exactly as pictured. We did have a problem with the heat and when we called Laurie she said she was sending someone over. Rick, the caretaker/handyman was literally at the door before i hung up the phone. He got the heating issue fixed and even helped us build a fire by the lake. Laurie and Rick are both very nice. Looking forward to mire great memories again next year
