Stayed here with my family. Very accommodating. Clean, modern facilities. Friendly staff. However, they didn’t have any cribs or high chairs to accommodate infants. They only had rollaway beds for kids. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay. Beautiful hotel.

Located near to train station. Walking distance to the chapel and shopping areas. Breakfast is also good.

Stay was wonderful. Good enough just for 1 night. Its 15 mins walk away from train station. But the receptionist attending to me doesnt seem friendly.

Lovely property. Location was perfect for us, just outside the center of city, but an easy walk or bus. Lake is across the street. Enjoyed the sitting room for an afternoon beer immensely. Highly recommended.

The staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly, the hotel is in a good ,convenient position and the building is modern and stylish. We had a very good stay and enjoyed our visit to Lucerne. The restaurant was also excellent for the breakfast and evening meals. Thankyou for a wonderful stay at Cascada.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the station and is in close proximity to all the essentials. It offers a luxurious experience without breaking the bank, and the service is truly exceptional. You’re bound to feel well taken care of during your stay.
