There's no wow factor. The property is on a highway with exterior rooms and you have to go outside to get to the lobby or any other part of the "hotel", which makes this a glorified motel. Outside of character drawings on one wall and a couple of throw pillows, it is NOT a themed room. Outside of colorful, walls, doors and decor nothing screams Cartoon Network. There's basic motel carpeting, bedding, furniture and linen. There was mold, water damage and a foul smell from the AC. The staff (front desk and management) have a real condescending attitude about any concerns or complaints. There's one community microwave so you're wanting in line or your family has to take turns to heat up a meal. The indoor pool is in a separate building as well. For my family, we weren't comfortable. After a long day in the park or just out enjoying Lancaster we should be able to undress, unwind and relax in the room we spent hundreds to stay in. We shouldn’t have to move around the "hotel" OUTSIDE to get the things we need to settle in for the night.

I read a lot of reviews before my stay complaining about the cleanliness of the hotel. I would say it was better than I expected… it’s a kids hotel so for others to complain about dents in the wall is non-sensical. What was most disappointing was that my twin 5 year olds were excited to go down the slide and the lifeguards said they were too small… even though both are good swimmers. Then we hopped in the hot tub and the lifeguards kicked us out because you have to be 16. So for a kids hotel to not let kids on the slide or in the hot tub is lunacy. My kids felt like it was a letdown.

We booked last minutes and had to wait a few minutes for the reservation to come thru. The staff told us while we wait to take our kids to the play area and let them enjoy the activities. We will definitely be coming back again

Booked this stay to be close to Dutch Wonderland and use the pool's slide. The pool is pretty small for the crowd and the slide was in and out of order. It is an old motel that has been updated, but the bones are old. The breakfast buffet was very understaffed.

Overall, it was an okay experience for the kids but we thought it could be better. A playground was advertised at booking but there was no playground on the hotel property. We were told to go to the campground playground. We did and it was more for toddlers. Our girls are 8 so they were bored very quickly. We thought there would be more activities for the kids to do. The motel style room had very minimal “cartoon” feel to it. The television only had one working channel. Maintenance couldn’t get it to do anything else. The indoor pool is small. The outdoor pool was supposed to open at 11. I had to call the front desk to get someone to open it. The “restaurant” had very limited choices. Aside from the outside pool with the slide, it was a very underwhelming experience. Hopefully, they made it better over the coming years. I think the cost does not reflect the experience. Definitely overpriced.

The room looked like a regular motel with colorful walls, pictures were deceiving. The kitchen was closed the indoor pool was also closed. The room was dirty as well as the shower. The door on the shower was broken the door where the mini fridge was at , also broken. No microwave in the room and you can hear everything going on outside and next door . I feel like I overpaid for a motel experience. And my child couldn’t enjoy much because most of what they offered wasn’t done/available.

Nothing was working, indoor pool closed, splash pad closed and the water slide closed. It was freezing out couldn’t enjoy nothing. Game room super small. Such a disappointment. My daughter had electric wires coming out and the bathroom was disgusting!

Housekeeping didn’t visit/stop at our room once, we ran out of toilet paper and towels, had to call front desk and still no one came up, we had to go to the lobby to ask for what we needed. For the price, breakfast should be included. Also, the slide, splash pad, indoor pool and concession stand were all closed. We paid almost $800 for half of the amenities to not be available. i don’t believe we’ll be coming back, only upside is it’s right next to Dutch Wonderland.

We made reservations for 3 nights and we left a day early. This property is more of a motel than a hotel first off. The rooms were dark, and sadly not very clean. The carpet is a dark color and so dirty our feet were black from walking on it. The walls were even dirty in our room. We had no extra toliet paper stocked, our tissue box had a decoration on top, but no tissues in the actual box. The property advertised having 2 pools and the inside pool is currently closed for renovations, the waterslide and splash pad are closed because the water pump is broken. *The outside pool is the only thing this place has going for it, because it is kid friendly with a walk-in ramp and only 4 feet deep. We will not be coming back to this *motel* again.

The rooms needed to be painted and bathrooms need to be updated. Paint chipped throughout the room, bathroom floors dirty, and shower curtain had mold. Towels were little and obviously very old with stains. The outdoor pool slide was closed and splash pad and indoor pool. Wouldn’t stay again.
