Mostly excellent. The assembly at the sink .. the metal piece that moves making the water warm or cold was detached- needing to be reattached- which I reported to the gentleman at front desk in the morning.

Solid middle of the road establishment. Staff was pleasant. Amenities were average. Room was a bit dated but location was convenient to Lancaster attractions. I would stay here again but felt it was a bit pricey for a dated property.

Dingy and stale room
The hotel room was dingy and unwelcoming. The rooms are not updated and the hotel refused to clean our room. We were told it wasn’t in the contract. I have never experienced this before.

Visit Lancaster for two days. One night in the hotel. The place was clean, check-in was quick and friendly. Room was a bit older but very clean. Slept very well on the beds. Breakfast was better than average.

The female employee that checked us in wad awesome! Breakfast in morning was a dissapointment. Sausage links were burn't to a crisp. Was a alot of new help different from previous stay Grass was being cut when we arrived. Next morning our car was covered with grass clippings. I had car detailed b4 trip No excuse for that. Had 2 hav it cleaned soon as we got home Don't plan to stay again. Asked 4 someone 2 contact me but they didn'

Besides the fact that the handicap bathroom had a bathtub instead of a walk-in shower, I would’ve appreciated a mirror over the desk to be used as a dressing table.
