Management was rude, unfriendly and uncaring. Floors were sticky, TV remote was even sticky. The shower was broken. He did not respect my ADA rights to have a service dog in the breakfast room. I have reported this to the ADA. This practice makes you liable for citations.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading the bad reviews before my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There were some cosmetic minor things in the room like chipped paint on the window sill; upper right side of the mirror was clearly damaged but not fixed; like I said, minor things the hotel will eant to mend. The person that checked me in seemed like she had other things to do and had a slight attitude. My reservation was missing and she just suggest I call Expedia. I asked if they had a room open and they did, thankfully. When she first looked up my name, i spelled it for her and her reaction was, "well I'll be able to get that if you would give me your ID." I apologized then she said I was fine but I didn't feel welcomed by her at all. Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay and the staff member thay checked me out was very kind.

The pictures of the hotel online, did not do this “hotel” justice. I was disappointed in the cleanliness and the bed was uncomfortable. My room was on the second floor and a bad odor existed from check in to check out. I was looking for another hotel after the first, but unfortunately, the cleaner, more modern hotels were understandably booked. I do not recommend this “hotel” to anyone.
I bought these cleaning products to clean the bathroom and furniture in the area where the beds are located. Plus to improve the smell of the room.
