The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very pleasant when checking in. The property was well maintained and clean also. The complementary breakfast in the morning was very good also. We would definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back up this way.

Excellent Stay
We were greeted by the manager while checking in. Very pleasant! The room was surprisingly spacious and clean. The shower was more than adequate in size and ease of entry. The included breakfast was much better than other hotels. We were so pleased with our stay we actually promised the manager we'd be back.

The hotel is new and modern, everything is spotless. The staff are amazing and there's a lot of dinning options and attractions around the area. I just didn't like that the breakfast was the same for the days we stayed, Holiday Inn usually varies the breakfast. Also, the pool area needs some sort of ventilation because the smell of chlorine is very potent.

Our family had a great time at this hotel. Despite being close to the lobby, the room was surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed the pool one night and the kids liked the breakfast options in the morning. The only thing that would have made our visit better were they to have serviced our room per the survey we completed upon checking in. There was an option to either select for or against service. We selected for; however, despite leaving everyday before 12, no service was ever performed. The staff could have also been more friendly. Overall there were no issues, but lacked joyous/inviting vibes.
