The only reason I selected poor overall is because, the only reason I selected this hotel is the on-site bar and it was closed because of an AA convention. Could have stayed elsewhere much cheaper.

Poor service, confusing layout don’t bother
Check in was horrible stood in line for over 40 min because they has 2 people at the front desk while a convention was going on. Tried calling the front desk around 930pm for an extra blanket and phone just rang for over 10 min at the same time I had my husband go to front desk and two employees were busy joking around instead of answering the phone while he was standing there. He asked for a blanket and it never showed we had to call back 40 min later and asked again then that took another 15 min. Breakfast was not worth the price they were asking and the hotel layout is very poor. We got lost trying to go from the lobby to our room. We are world travelers for over 30 years and I will never stay here again

Nice hotel. A bit difficult to navigate where to check in and need signage to direct around the split level property. Also consumables (tissue, tp, soaps) were cheap. Also water VERY hard.

Reasons why i would never stay at this Hotel.
My room was pretty pricey for 2 nights but thats beside the reason i wouldnt revisit this Hotel. First the room i was placed in felt as it was away from everyone it was ground level very dark in certain areas. Inside the room i noticed my sink is outside the bathroom with no place to put my things. There was only one large towel when it was me and my husband. Not only that all the tables looked stained it just wasn't what i expected. To make things even more uncomfortable we wanted to go back to our vehicle to get our belongings and the exit closest to our room outside was busted anyone can walk in G section just so you know. Anyway i told my husband i was uncomfortable and wanted my room changed to an upper level where i felt was more comfortable. The font desk clerk understood and switched my room with no problem. The rest of my stay was just ok. If you want to know a little of what we encountered in the 2nd room read some more. My husband had to connect the remote to the tv. And our toilet wouldnt flush. We had to manually take the top off and hit the pump to fill so we can flush. Oh and breakfast was not included.

Checking in was easy only if you do it on line once the front desk send you the link. We purchased breakfast buffet and it was horrible! Cold beacon, Cold French Toast, so many things went wrong with the breakfast. *I complained to the front desk & request my money back and they would only agree to give me back half. I told the front desk please do better with breakfast because the hotel is beautiful hotel and people pay excellent money to be there. Also I ordered dinner and the server needed help at the bar. Way too many people wanting to get served with just 2 employees at a convention center. It was too much for the employees to handle. I will return in the summer, its a great family hotel and I love the area. I will not order breakfast nor go to the bar area. Not with my money. Sorry you guys need to do better in two two areas.

They have their play room above some bedrooms. There was a basketball team staying there. The parents were letting the kids run wild and no staff stopped them. This was at all hours of the night. We heard running and then the teenagers yelling and playing.
