Excellent stay. Staff very helpful from check-in till check-out. Had an executive room with lounge access, excellent choice. Very comfortable. Very well stocked hot and cold breakfast.

Found it strange that they didn’t provide washcloths in the bathroom, only hand towels and bath towels was available. When ask for wash cloths was told they don’t have wash cloths. 😱

Horrible Room Management
Room was not available at check in time; had to wait until 7:15pm to get our room, which was extremely difficult with my small children who were exhausted from a day spent traveling. They offered us a 50% voucher for food in the meantime, which was fine, but did not help with the children. The hotel was very dated, and there were several active water leaks throughout the hotel, with buckets placed under them. The room had lots of damaged items (broken locks; damaged furniture). Breakfast was really good, which was the only highlight.

Last resort when having to stay in the area
Ben linen was dirty, shower is no use if you are taller than 5ft 6in, the refillable bottles in the shower - 2 were empty, they are massive so no reason why that should be the case. Of the 2 lifts one was broken, no obvious stars to take. Food was expensive and poor quality. No enough staff in the bar, so had to wait over 30 minutes to get a drink
